- Pet sitting visits will be made between 7:30 am and 9:30 pm daily. Overnight visits may be arranged if needed.
- Pets must be current on all vaccines.
- A 4-day advance noticed is preferred for all pet sitting arrangements. Payment is required within 3 days of owner's return. A deposit may be requested.
- Any additional necessary costs other than visits (such as food, pet supplies, or vet fees) shall be paid by the client.
- Grand Paws At Home and its employees agree to provide the services stated in a reliable and trustworthy manner.
In consideration of services provided by Grand Paws At Home, the client waives and relinquishes any and all claims against Grand Paws At Home unless arising from negligence.
- Grand Paws At Home and its employees shall not be held responsible for the loss, injury, or death of any pets the client has let outside, or has instructed the sitter to allow outside.
- If the client shares the pet sitting responsibility with anyone other than Grand Paws At Home, Grand Paws At Home will not be responsible for damages or thefts while the client is away.
- A late charge may be added for open accounts longer than 10 days of completion of service.
- In the event of cancellation of service, the client may be charged for a visit. If the client cancels within 48 hours, no fee will be collected. If the client cancels within 24 hours, half of the visit will be charged.
Any time less than 24 hours, the client will be charged the full visit fee.
